Pocket Logic is Troy — one person, plus collaborators when a project needs them.

It started by building Fit Factory end to end: product design, engineering, AI and infrastructure, for a real coaching business with real clients. That meant learning to own the whole stack, not just one layer of it.

Pocket Logic now builds that same range of work — apps, web platforms, AI systems and automation — for other studios, clubs and businesses who need a system built properly, not just a screen.
